Director of Foundation Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish transformative partnerships with foundations, successfully closing six to seven figure cash partnerships to meet an annual target of approximately $7M+.

• Identify, qualify, nurture, and solicit potential foundation relationships, maintaining a proactive pipeline of prospective donors.

• Compose grant proposals for amounts of $100K and above, collaborating closely with various teams to secure funding for the organization’s mission.

• Prepare and deliver proposals to foundation decision makers in external settings.

• Collaborate with the SVP, Sr. Manager, and other team members to build, manage, and oversee pipelines, as well as revenue and expense budgets associated with foundation partnership grant agreements.

• Formulate strategies for effectively positioning programs, projects, and funding requests to potential funders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is considered an advantage.

• 5-7 years of experience in foundation relations, grant writing, outreach, account management, and stewardship.

• Proficient in using CRM systems and research databases.

• Exceptional writing and presentation skills.

• Proven experience in financial and budget management.

• Valid Driver’s License is required.

• Successful completion of a criminal background check (100/300/100 personal auto coverage).
