Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the leadership of each Operating Company to enhance financial performance

• Lead the annual budgeting process

• Facilitate monthly revisions of forecasts with leaders from Operating Companies

• Create and improve variance analysis models based on operational metrics

• Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary

• Track Risks and Opportunities within each Operating Company, analyzing and prioritizing initiatives

• Utilize KPIs to extract insights from performance data

• Produce monthly reporting packages

• Conduct ad hoc analyses as required to assist the decision-making process

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field

• Over 7 years of experience in financial planning

• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role

• Proficiency in financial planning tools (e.g., Jedox, Anaplan, Hyperion)

• Experience with BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Capability to simplify complex analyses for non-financial stakeholders
