• Identify, target, and engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at large enterprises to present and sell our trading, stablecoin rails, and tokenization platforms.
• Build long-lasting relationships while ensuring high levels of customer retention and satisfaction across strategic accounts.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to guarantee alignment between client requirements, product capabilities, and go-to-market strategies.
• Provide insightful feedback from clients and prospects to guide product development and enhancements.
• Lead RFPs, proposals, pricing models, and contract negotiations with top-tier Enterprise clients.
• Develop and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry players, such as financial institutions, blockchain platforms, exchanges, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance visibility and credibility.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a brokerage, trading, or capital markets role.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of the cryptocurrency or digital asset space is highly desirable.
• A thorough understanding of market structure, trading protocols, and risk management in both traditional and digital asset markets.
• A robust network of institutional clients coupled with a proven track record in business development.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
