
Director of Enterprise Sales – Central Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +7 more states.
• Actively seek out and capitalize on new enterprise business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Take ownership of the complete sales process, from initial outreach and lead generation to contract negotiation and finalization.
• Establish and nurture relationships with C-suite executives through face-to-face meetings, virtual presentations, and continuous communication.
• Collaborate closely with account management and clinical success teams to facilitate a seamless transition following a sale.
• Travel to participate in state and regional conferences and events to showcase SafelyYou's solutions and generate leads; typically, 2-3 events and/or client on-site meetings per month.
• Remain updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements to effectively position SafelyYou’s offerings.
• Keep precise sales forecasts and activity reports to monitor progress towards goals in our CRM.
• Provide prospect insights on products, services, and policies to relevant Company partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, ideally within the technology sector.
• Experience in Senior Living or other SaaS healthcare environments is advantageous.
• Proven ability to engage with C-suite executives and manage intricate sales processes.
• Strong prospecting capabilities with an emphasis on lead generation and closing sales.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel 2-3 times per month for events and client meetings.

• Proficient in G Suite, Office 360, Salesforce, and Slack.
