This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the technical delivery processes across infrastructure, cloud, and network teams and projects.
• Create and uphold engineering standards that align with secure architecture and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to synchronize infrastructure, cloud, and network strategies with architectural, regulatory, and operational constraints.
• Recognize, evaluate, and alleviate technical and delivery risks during initiatives focused on infrastructure, cloud, network, and compliance.
• Lead and cultivate a team of Managers, Team Leads, and Engineers tasked with executing and coordinating infrastructure, cloud, and network projects.
• Establish delivery standards, expectations, and escalation procedures for the Infrastructure team.
• Provide supervision for intricate, high-risk, or multi-stream projects.
• Serve as a senior technical point of escalation for challenges related to infrastructure, cloud, network, and compliance delivery.
• Manage delivery planning, resource distribution, and execution across infrastructure, cloud, and network initiatives.
• Observe utilization, delivery health, and execution efficiency across teams.
• Deliver regular updates on delivery performance, risks, and potential areas for improvement.
• Monitor KPIs related to delivery quality, predictability, and execution efficiency.
• Over 7 years of experience in IT leadership, technical management, or engineering delivery roles, including leading managers or team leads.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure, cloud, or network teams and projects in intricate client environments.
• Solid understanding of secure architectural principles, which include identity, access control, segmentation, and logging.
• Strong technical expertise in infrastructure, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), and enterprise networking.
• Familiarity with regulated industry technical requirements, emphasizing engineering execution.
• Experience in leading technical teams and coordinating cross-functional delivery initiatives.
• Excellent communication, escalation management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Knowledge of delivery frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, or similar methodologies.
