⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience leading software engineering teams in Agile delivery settings.

• Hands-on experience in implementing AI-assisted and agentic development at team or organizational scale.

• Familiarity with operating in regulated compliance environments such as PCI DSS or SOC 2.

• Mere consumer product instincts are insufficient.

• Strong preference for candidates with front-end and customer-facing shopping experience.

• Comfortable taking charge of product direction alongside Product Owners.
