This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain a named-account event engine that generates an ICP-qualified pipeline in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
• Create and implement a demand engine that extends beyond events, featuring an ABM strategy aimed at targeting and converting key accounts across the entire buying committee.
• Take charge of demand capture on Qohash’s owned channels: optimizing website conversions, crafting an SEO strategy, and enhancing visibility in AI-driven search experiences.
• Design and oversee a multi-channel paid acquisition strategy across LinkedIn and other pertinent platforms, utilizing AI-driven tools to enhance targeting, personalization, spending efficiency, and to refine pipeline quality and CAC.
• Function with a metrics-first approach from the outset: develop and maintain a real-time performance dashboard that tracks MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, pipeline, win rate, CAC, and pipeline-to-spend ratio.
• Utilize AI tools to automate reporting, uncover insights, and continuously refine campaign performance.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure alignment on ICP, pipeline coverage goals, and feedback mechanisms that consistently enhance targeting and messaging across multiple regions (North America, Europe, and MENA).
• Offer clear, data-driven visibility into marketing’s impact on revenue.
• Over 8 years of demand generation experience within a B2B SaaS context, with a proven history of directly generating pipeline.
• Demonstrated success in developing ABM programs and multi-channel paid acquisition strategies using AI systems, including LinkedIn Ads, targeting enterprise or mid-market accounts.
• Proficient in marketing analytics: pipeline attribution, CAC, MQL/SQL/opportunity conversion, pipeline-to-spend.
• Practical experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM/MAP platform.
• Experience managing website and SEO as demand capture channels, including considerations for AI search visibility.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
