This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire pipeline process: manage qualified leads from both inbound and outbound channels, ensuring a seamless transition to sales handoff.
• Manage paid advertising efforts: responsible for Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, with a focus on budget accountability and conversion effectiveness.
• Enhance organic search and SEO: optimize Meeting Tomorrow’s content and website to appeal to Google and rank for key terms important to our target audience.
• Develop LLM and GEO strategies: expand Meeting Tomorrow’s visibility in AI-driven search and recommendation platforms.
• Create and oversee agentic workflows: design and manage automations that enhance campaign efficiency and shorten the time to pipeline.
• Track demand generation KPIs: monitor CPL, MQL volume and quality, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and CAC, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Make budget decisions: take full responsibility for allocating demand generation funds, keeping the VP of Marketing informed.
• Construct and implement the demand generation roadmap, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and Sales priorities.
• Lead SEO strategy and execution: focus on keyword targeting, on-page optimization, content signals, and technical SEO in collaboration with the web team.
• Oversee paid media management across Google and LinkedIn: structure campaigns, define targeting, conduct creative testing, and manage budget distribution.
• Cultivate Meeting Tomorrow’s presence in AI-driven search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) through GEO strategies.
• Develop and refine agentic workflows that automate repeatable marketing tasks, from lead scoring to outreach sequencing.
• Conduct A/B testing and comparative analysis across channels to enhance performance continually.
• Collaborate with Sales on lead handoff, pipeline reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance of all outbound programs with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA regulations.
• Demonstrated SEO proficiency: you have successfully improved website rankings and can provide evidence of your results, understanding both the technical and content aspects of SEO.
• Practical experience in building AI agents or agentic workflows: you have hands-on experience creating at least one agent that automated a real task, beyond theoretical knowledge.
• Proven success in digital lead growth linked to revenue: you can identify a channel you enhanced or discovered and explain its financial impact on the business.
• Strong data literacy: you take ownership of your metrics, perform your own analyses, and can effectively communicate your pipeline narrative to leadership without excessive qualifications.
• Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and marketing automation or CRM systems (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
