This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead and enhance the omnichannel demand strategy across various channels including paid media, organic, community, events, field marketing, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Generate new qualified enterprise pipeline in alignment with ICP accounts.
• Optimize campaign architecture, segmentation, and targeting accuracy.
• Implement high-impact growth initiatives relevant to the Salesforce DevOps and developer ecosystem.
• Enhance the conversion rates from campaigns to opportunities and improve channel efficiency.
• Set clear performance benchmarks, maintain rigorous reporting, and ensure pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to synchronize on target accounts and revenue objectives.
• Mentor and guide the demand team towards a culture of experimentation, accountability, and high performance.
• 7–12+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing within B2B SaaS.
• A proven history of accelerating enterprise pipeline growth.
• Experience in marketing to technical audiences, including developers, architects, DevOps, and IT leaders.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem is highly desirable.
• Preferred experience in DevOps, developer tooling, or technical SaaS.
• Demonstrated success in executing integrated, omnichannel marketing programs.
• Strong analytical skills with a clear focus on attribution.
• Ability to challenge existing assumptions and introduce innovative ideas.
• A proactive mindset and comfort in a high-growth setting.
