This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and take ownership of the global Demand Generation vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Achieve a 200%+ increase in pipeline growth within a 12-month period.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the Demand Generation team.
• Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to deliver insights and performance reports for Demand Generation.
• Design and manage the execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns emphasizing Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
• Oversee the Demand Generation budget and resource allocation to optimize ROI.
• Identify the ideal prospect profile and segment target audiences.
• Enhance the Sales Intelligence function by providing timely, actionable insights and ensuring consistent messaging alignment.
• Take responsibility for the overall marketing attribution model and reporting infrastructure.
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Demand Generation function and hold the team accountable for ongoing testing, optimization, and enhancement of acquisition funnels.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a demand generation function.
• Proven success in defining and achieving global, multi-million-dollar pipeline growth for B2B enterprise SaaS or AI platforms.
• Expert-level knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), sales engagement tools (e.g., SalesLoft), and marketing analytics/attribution technologies.
• Demonstrated capacity to drive cross-functional alignment and accountability with Sales, SDR, and Product teams.
• In-depth understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and best practices for execution.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to present complex data and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and leadership teams.
