• Take charge of the demand generation strategy across both self-serve and sales-assisted channels.
• Lead and develop a high-performing demand generation team, comprising both internal staff and agency partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), segmentation, and pipeline objectives.
• Create multi-channel programs targeting technical audiences, including paid search, paid social, webinars, events, and initiatives driven by the community and partners.
• Design and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs aimed at mid-market and enterprise clients, with customized campaigns for key personas and close collaboration with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).
• Oversee pipeline, revenue, and funnel reporting across all activities.
• Evaluate and enhance Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), pipeline velocity, and Return on Investment (ROI) through ongoing experimentation.
• Work alongside RevOps to maintain clean data, ensure accurate attribution, and develop scalable systems.
• Lead strategy and manage relationships with Paid, Social, and AEO/SEO agency partners.
• Collaborate closely with Developer Relations (DevRel), Product, Sales, and Customer teams to facilitate launches, go-to-market motions, and ensure smooth transitions across self-serve, SDR, and Sales workflows.
• 8–12+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a proven record of owning demand generation strategies and execution.
• Experience in developer tools, infrastructure, API, or open-source sectors.
• Demonstrated success in driving pipeline and revenue across Product-Led Growth (PLG) and hybrid go-to-market models, along with a solid understanding of how technical audiences transition from open-source adoption to paid commercial and enterprise solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of the customer journey, lifecycle marketing, and leveraging data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, capable of thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Practical experience with tools such as HubSpot, Clay, CommonRoom, Gong, and Claude.
• High visibility, substantial ownership, and strong partnerships with executives.
