This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +20 more states.
• Take complete ownership of our demand generation engine: You'll be responsible for generating a multi-channel pipeline — including paid media, email, events, content, partner channels, and SEO/AEO — while being accountable for qualified pipeline and ROI. You understand how to create a demand program that grows over time, rather than merely consuming budget.
• Provide strategic marketing leadership to the team: You'll assist in shaping Tapcart's marketing strategy at the category level, refining our ICP targeting, messaging, campaign architecture, and go-to-market tactics. You'll be a trusted collaborator for the Head of Marketing, sharing insights and responsibilities.
• Develop and enhance GTM systems: You'll design and oversee the systems that support our go-to-market efforts, including HubSpot infrastructure, lead scoring, attribution models, nurture workflows, and signal-to-sequence programs. You create systems that function effectively, even when you're not actively monitoring them.
• Leverage AI to exponentially increase our output: You’ll lead the charge in AI-driven marketing, utilizing tools and automation that significantly boost the team's productivity — from trigger-based outbound and content systems to workflow automation and performance evaluations. You integrate AI into your processes, rather than simply utilizing it.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and leadership: You’ll promote alignment with Sales, Rev Ops, Product, and Customer Success, contributing to how we organize and prioritize as the teams evolve. You're a player-coach who enhances the capabilities of those around you.
• Link brand initiatives to pipeline outcomes: You'll ensure that Tapcart's campaigns and content not only generate impressions but also drive pipeline results. You'll collaborate on brand positioning and campaign ideas while holding yourself accountable for achieving business objectives.
• Established demand generation leadership: You've successfully managed multi-channel demand initiatives in a B2B SaaS setting and have a proven history of generating qualified pipeline. You have experience managing actual budgets and can articulate marketing and sales metrics/KPIs fluently.
• Strategic marketing acumen: You can conceptualize a positioning framework or go-to-market strategy and then execute a campaign effectively. You possess a holistic understanding of brand, narrative, and how they synergize with both paid and organic channels.
• AI-enhanced operational efficiency: You employ AI tools to develop systems and workflows — automating research, data enrichment, content creation, and reporting — rather than just using them for faster copywriting. You can quickly assess new tools and implement them with intent.
• Strong proficiency in marketing technology: You have a solid working knowledge of HubSpot (or a similar MAP) and can create workflows, lifecycle programs, and reporting dashboards from the ground up. You prioritize CRM hygiene and attribution.
• Strong analytical capabilities: You are adept in funnel metrics, pipeline reporting, and performance analysis. You can extract your own data, discern effective strategies, and advocate for reallocating resources with confidence.
• Leadership and cross-functional credibility: You've demonstrated influence without full authority, collaborating across Sales, Rev Ops, Product, and Leadership to align on objectives and drive results. You're an effective communicator who builds trust quickly.

• - Experience in the Shopify or DTC e-commerce sector
