Director of Customer Financing – Asia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Oversee engagements with financial institutions, clients, and other investors to create innovative funding solutions.

• Collaborate effectively across various functions to secure financing necessary for transactions.

• Position yourself as a reliable advisor for treasury and financing teams at airlines throughout Asia.

• Build and maintain relationships with relevant Export Credit Agencies (ECAs) and Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) in Asia.

• Manage reporting and oversee asset management for transactions across the Asian market.

• Contribute insights on Asian airlines during regional and global reviews.

• Partner with the credit risk team for quarterly evaluations of airlines.

• Mentor the local commercial team on financing products and market trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 15 years of professional experience.

• Extensive network within financial institutions across Asia.

• Proficient in analyzing financial statements.

• Self-motivated with a capacity to navigate ambiguity.

• Experience in cross-border/USD financing and transactions in local currencies.

• Proven ability to establish relationships at senior levels.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English.
