This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and maintain high-trust relationships with C-Suite executives, including Presidents and Provosts.
• Act as a strategic advisor who possesses a comprehensive understanding of institutional challenges at all levels.
• Oversee and facilitate the implementation and delivery of the Strategic Services portfolio (Managed Services).
• Negotiate renewal contracts that enhance growth (upsells) and pinpoint highly qualified cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and manage Customer Success Plans that are directly aligned with each institution’s strategic goals and priorities.
• Provide mentorship and serve as a thought leader for the wider Customer Development team.
• Monitor and manage KPIs and all contract data using Salesforce (SFDC).
• A Master’s degree or higher.
• Over 12 years of professional experience in an institution of higher education (university or college in the United States) or in support of colleges/universities within EdTech (or a combination of both).
• Professional experience in a leadership capacity at an institution of higher education in areas such as Student Success, Academic Affairs, Enrollment Management, Institutional Research, or Data Analysis.
• Proven track record in preparing and delivering formal executive business reviews to senior-level executives (AVP/VP/C-suite).
• Demonstrated ability to influence and mentor team members, acting as a leader among peers.
• Confident in challenging and guiding customers; does not shy away from direct conversations; takes initiative to escalate concerns or risks to senior-level executives and key internal stakeholders at Civitas Learning.
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and manage strategic services or managed programs for institutional customers.
• A proactive problem-solver who addresses customer needs effectively.
• Capable of working efficiently against deadlines and managing a portfolio of 15–20+/- accounts concurrently.
• Willingness to travel (travel requirements - 25%).
