• Formulate Partnership Strategy
• Collaborate Across Functions
• 8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS, with significant exposure to expansion sales, upselling/cross-selling, or strategic account management
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring others while also achieving your own commercial goals
• A systematic approach to creating repeatable sales processes and playbooks
• Experience in multi-product SaaS settings is highly advantageous
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and the ability to build trusted relationships across various teams
• Comfort with data, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and pipeline management
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging a diverse range of client stakeholders
• Experience in the fitness, wellness, or a related SaaS field is a bonus, but not mandatory.
