This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
β’ Formulate and implement a corporate talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business objectives and workforce plans.
β’ Guide, mentor, and develop Talent Acquisition Managers, Recruiters, and Recruiting Operations team members.
β’ Establish recruitment priorities, operational standards, service models, capacity plans, performance expectations, and governance practices.
β’ Convert workforce plans, succession gaps, organizational changes, and growth priorities into proactive recruiting and talent pipeline strategies.
β’ Oversee the executive search strategy for VP, SVP, C-suite, and other pivotal leadership positions.
β’ Provide counsel to executives on search strategies, talent markets, candidate evaluations, and offer negotiations.
β’ Develop external leadership talent maps and pipelines.
β’ Design recruiting strategies for merchandising, design, planning and allocation, marketing, digital commerce, data and analytics, and technology.
β’ Cultivate talent communities, external networks, and strategic pipelines.
β’ Enhance recruiting processes, workflows, service levels, and recruiter efficiency.
β’ Spearhead the adoption and optimization of ATS, sourcing platforms, analytics, automation, and AI-driven recruiting capabilities.
β’ Maintain dashboards and reporting on hiring performance, risks, and business impact.
β’ Collaborate with Communications, Marketing, HR, Finance, Compensation, Total Rewards, and business leaders on talent attraction and hiring decisions.
β’ Ensure that candidate-facing content accurately reflects brand culture, career opportunities, and employee value propositions.
β’ Foster a consistent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
β’ Provide insights on talent availability, compensation competitiveness, organizational design implications, and recruiting strategies.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
β’ Over 10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including corporate recruiting leadership in a complex, matrixed, multi-brand organization.
β’ At least 5 years of experience leading recruiting managers, recruiters, sourcers, recruiting operations, or related talent acquisition functions.
β’ Proven track record in executive search, leadership hiring, proactive sourcing, and pipeline development.
β’ Experience utilizing recruiting data, market insights, and talent intelligence to advise senior leaders and enhance hiring decisions.
β’ Familiarity with ATS, sourcing platforms, recruiting analytics, automation, and AI-enabled recruiting capabilities.
β’ Workday experience is preferred.
β’ Experience in retail, fashion, apparel, consumer, or related industries is preferred.
β’ Experience supporting corporate hiring across multiple office locations and geographically dispersed stakeholders is preferred.
β’ Must possess authorization to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.
