This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.
• Formulate and implement the growth strategy for the Components Business across Europe.
• Propel sales, business development, and market expansion initiatives throughout Europe.
• Discover new business prospects, forge strategic partnerships, and cultivate essential customer relationships.
• Foster and enhance connections with OEM, EMS, and industrial clients.
• Manage regional commercial performance, driving revenue growth, profitability, and forecasting initiatives.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sourcing teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Track market trends, competitive actions, and industry developments, converting insights into business opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-achieving European Components team.
• Set clear commercial goals and performance benchmarks for the team.
• Deliver strategic insights, business updates, and growth initiatives directly to the CEO.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration among regional and global stakeholders.
• Ensure sustainable and scalable growth that aligns with Fineline's long-term business goals.
• Over 5 years of experience in electronic components sales, business development, or leadership positions within the electronics sector.
• Proven success in driving business growth and achieving commercial success in the European market.
• In-depth knowledge of the electronic components industry and global supply chains.
• Experience engaging with OEM, EMS, and industrial clients across various European markets.
• Established leadership experience in building, nurturing, and managing successful teams.
• Strong commercial insight combined with strategic thinking and business planning skills.
• Experience in leading cross-functional and international collaboration within a matrix structure.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on results.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
