This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the creation and implementation of a strategic learning plan that aligns with commercial goals and franchise priorities.
• Act as the senior learning advisor to Commercial Leadership, influencing field effectiveness and overall business performance.
• Develop a capability roadmap that encompasses product knowledge, sales skills, and excellence in customer engagement.
• Manage onboarding processes, ongoing development, and launch preparedness across field teams.
• Cultivate executive-level partnerships and influence organizational priorities to propel strategic initiatives.
• Advocate for continuous learning and performance excellence throughout commercial teams.
• Design and execute innovative learning solutions to boost performance and accelerate time-to-productivity.
• Employ performance consulting methodologies to evaluate challenges and identify necessary interventions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop learning professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and compliance standards.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related commercial roles.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in commercial learning and talent development.
• Demonstrated success in leading product launches and ensuring launch readiness.
• Expertise in performance consulting, instructional design, and capability development methodologies.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in translating data into strategic recommendations.
• Preferred: experience in Specialty, Immunology, or complex therapeutic areas.
• Preferred: familiarity with AI-enabled learning and performance support solutions.
• Preferred: experience building scalable capability models across franchises or customer-facing functions.
• Preferred: leadership experience in field effectiveness, account management, or commercial excellence initiatives.
