Director of Commercial FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate financial outcomes, business trends, and key performance indicators to facilitate strategic and operational decisions.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.

• Develop and sustain financial models to assess revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, investment opportunities, and various business scenarios.

• Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to collect inputs, clarify financial performance, and propose corrective measures.

• Perform analyses on costs, margins, pricing, and profitability.

• Assist with the annual budgeting process, long-term planning, and rolling forecast activities.

• Investigate market, industry, and economic trends that influence company performance.

• Create presentations and dashboards to convey insights to management and stakeholders.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of financial data with internal policies and reporting standards.

• Support ad hoc analysis, special projects, and process enhancement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.

• 8-10 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.

• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, ERP systems, or planning tools is advantageous.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and articulate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

• Prior experience in a healthcare system environment is preferred.
