Director of Clinical Strategy – Compliance Suite, ControlCheck, PrivacyPro

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build strategic and trustworthy relationships with leaders in hospital pharmacy, diversion, compliance, and privacy.

• Conduct live virtual and in-person demonstrations of ControlCheck and PrivacyPro workflows.

• Enhance sales performance by effectively communicating the value of individual solutions and the comprehensive Compliance Suite.

• Support cross-selling and upselling strategies for current hospital clients.

• Collaborate with sales leaders to craft personalized messaging and strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets.

• Engage frontline personnel through Chief Compliance/Privacy Officers and C-suite executives.

• Offer strategic insights on drug diversion program operations and practices related to patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.

• Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and clinical/compliance insights for the product roadmap.

• Host webinars and create informative content in partnership with the marketing team.

• Keep abreast of legislation, trends, and regulations impacting pharmacy, privacy, and healthcare operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A healthcare leader with over 5 years of experience in hospital drug diversion prevention, pharmacy operations, or leadership in patient privacy/HIPAA compliance programs.

• Pharmacist licensure, privacy officer credentials, or compliance certifications are preferred.

• Extensive hands-on experience with drug diversion monitoring and/or patient privacy monitoring platforms.

• Proficiency in conducting demonstrations and addressing technical, clinical, and compliance inquiries with minimal assistance.

• Experience with ControlCheck, PrivacyPro, or similar platforms is highly preferred.

• A proven ability to operate independently and lead multidisciplinary projects involving pharmacy, nursing, IT, compliance, legal, and privacy stakeholders.

• Direct experience in evaluating and implementing diversion or privacy monitoring technologies.

• Familiarity with EMR/ADC integrations, including Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Pyxis, or Omnicell.

• Knowledge of DEA regulations and Joint Commission diversion standards, as well as HIPAA and OCR investigation processes.

• Excellent and polished presentation skills, both virtually and in person.

• Capability to tailor presentations and influence decision-making across various disciplines and organizational levels.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
