This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee initiatives aimed at closing care gaps and ensuring integrity.

• Enhance the quality of documentation and ensure consistent workflows.

• Track provider performance and analyze operational trends.

• Develop processes for quality assurance and validation.

• Assist with audit preparedness and compliance efforts.

• Mentor providers on documentation practices and HEDIS standards.

• Collaborate across departments to boost care gap completion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current NP license is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years in clinical operations or quality leadership roles.

• Experience with Medicare Advantage or Medicaid programs.

• In-depth knowledge of HEDIS and STARS.

• Proven experience in leading initiatives for provider performance.
