Director of Clinical Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversees clinical practices in collaboration with organizational leaders to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Aids the organization in clinical analysis, education, training, and strategic planning initiatives.

• Provides clinical guidance to promote clinical excellence throughout the organization.

• Identifies areas for enhancement in patient care and operational efficiency.

• Creates evidence-based clinical resources and educational materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology in the state of practice.

• Holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, or a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology.

• At least 5 years of experience in patient care (preferably in ortho, sports, and pediatrics).

• A minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.

• Preferred experience in management and operational leadership.
