This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value Life Science accounts, ensuring retention, growth, and overall account health.
• Function as a strategic partner to commercial, medical, and HEOR stakeholders while collaborating directly with internal teams.
• Integrate data, product capabilities, and client strategies to develop and implement account plans that yield measurable business results.
• Lead initiatives to design and operationalize scalable go-to-market and client management processes.
• Supervise onboarding to guarantee a smooth transition to Loopback’s solutions.
• Assist clients in utilizing Loopback data, analytics, and tools to meet their clinical, commercial, and access goals.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and internal advocate.
• Act as a trusted advisor by comprehending customer objectives and constraints and delivering customized solutions.
• Develop and oversee structured account plans featuring clear objectives, success metrics, and growth opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities for expansion, collaborating with Sales to secure them.
• Distill complex analytics into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Work alongside sales, marketing, product, operations, and engineering teams to synchronize client strategies and objectives with Loopback’s roadmap.
• Create scalable processes, playbooks, and documentation that facilitate consistent, high-quality client delivery and enhance team efficiency throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in preferred disciplines such as biological sciences, engineering, biostatistics, health economics, or related fields.
• Over 5 years of experience in client-facing roles with increasing responsibilities in delivering products and services to Life Science organizations.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in areas such as real-world data, HEOR, market access, or medical affairs.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and account portfolios.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of how data and services create value for Life Science clients.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of investigating data and dashboards, validating analyses with analytics, and summarizing complex findings into executive-ready recommendations.
• Exceptional communication skills; able to translate analytical insights into clear, actionable narratives.
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple client priorities and deadlines.
• Flexible, proactive, and motivated by a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel for in-person client engagements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
