• Client Leadership + Strategic Advisory
• Account Management: As the primary liaison for clients, you will be accountable for the overall success and strategic oversight of client accounts.
• Strategy: Act as a senior strategic consultant to clients, fostering trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and promoting long-term partnership development. Lead critical client communications, issue resolution, and strategic decision-making.
• Performance: Supervise campaign performance assessments and offer strategic suggestions based on data analysis, reporting, and audience insights. Ensure campaigns yield measurable results in line with client KPIs and business goals.
• Client Deliverables: Manage the creation of client deliverables, such as memos, presentations, creator briefs, and campaign messaging, while providing guidance and editorial support to junior team members.
• Business Operations: Oversee client budgets, contracts, and invoicing to guarantee operational precision and alignment with client scope and budget parameters.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate across functions with teams in strategy, business development, talent management, production, distribution, and measurement to execute integrated campaigns.
• Processes: Enhance internal systems, workflows, and operational procedures to facilitate scalable growth.
• Internal Leadership: As part of the senior leadership team, contribute to shaping team culture, operational practices, and the ongoing development of Palette.
• Business Development + Industry Leadership
• New Business: Aid agency expansion through involvement in pitches, proposals, and strategic business development efforts.
• Upsell Opportunities: Recognize opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and promote long-term account development.
• External Events: Represent Palette in external settings through thought leadership, speaking engagements, industry events, and networking.
• Thought Leadership: Contribute to Palette’s insights on the evolving creator economy, digital culture, and internet influence.
• 8-12 years of professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years in a client management or client services role within a creator marketing, advertising, corporate communications, public affairs, political communications, or crisis advisory firm, preferably with exposure to high-profile brands or organizations.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders (C-suite, government officials, or public figures).
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level clients and complex integrated campaigns.
• A strong history of identifying business or communication challenges and converting them into effective strategies.
• Demonstrated capability to lead multiple high-priority workstreams concurrently.
• Strong operational, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficient in managing budgets, timelines, contracts, and campaign performance metrics.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty and lead confidently in dynamic, fast-growing environments.
• In-depth understanding of creator ecosystems across platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, podcasts, and emerging media.
