This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Safeguard long-term client trust.
• Align internal operations with client expectations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to relationships and projects.
• Support renewal and expansion efforts through disciplined relationship governance.
• Promote a service-first leadership culture — prioritizing service to “anyone but yourself.”
• Act as the executive sponsor for assigned strategic accounts.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of each client’s organizational dynamics, priorities, and success criteria.
• Clearly define and continuously validate “what success looks like” for each client.
• Facilitate structured monthly and quarterly client governance meetings.
• Ensure forward-looking discussions regarding performance, risk, and alignment of future opportunities.
• Maintain visibility and documentation of commitments, concerns, and action plans.
• Identify early signs of execution or perception risk.
• Differentiate between proactive outreach, service recovery, and formal escalation.
• Intervene decisively before issues significantly impact trust.
• Ensure that the Regional VP and executive leadership are kept informed.
• Serve as a liaison between Construction, Project Management, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership concerning client expectations.
• Ensure that internal teams have a clear understanding of client priorities and commitments.
• Anticipate staffing or support gaps before clients request changes.
• Develop and maintain high-level strategic relationships with key subcontractors and industry partners in the Western Region.
• Collaborate with Construction leadership to identify subcontractor partnership gaps that may affect client satisfaction.
• Partner with Business Development to assist in renewal positioning.
• 15+ years of experience in construction, operations, project controls, design-build, energy services, or related fields.
• Demonstrated operational expertise within construction or project delivery settings.
• Proven capability to manage executive-level client relationships.
• Strong financial and contractual comprehension (margin, change management, contract structure).
• Experience working within cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Travel is a necessary aspect of this role to fulfill job responsibilities.
• Experience with multi-phase or long-term contract environments (preferred).
• Familiarity with public-sector or institutional clients (preferred).
• Background in energy services, performance-based contracts, or infrastructure delivery (preferred).
