This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the executive relationship framework for enterprise clients, fostering trust with economic decision-makers, senior sponsors, program leads, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee strategic account plans that align client priorities, program execution, value delivery, renewal status, and opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across learning, program operations, product, marketing, analytics, sales, and leadership to fulfill client commitments and achieve business objectives.
• Proactively identify risks related to delivery, adoption, stakeholder involvement, renewal, and expansion. Formulate clear mitigation strategies and promote internal accountability to prevent issues from escalating to clients.
• Conduct client check-ins, executive briefings, and business reviews that convert program data, client insights, and business context into actionable decisions, next steps, and a compelling value narrative.
• Recognize renewal, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion prospects by comprehending the client’s business objectives and tailoring the appropriate Correlation One solutions to meet those objectives.
• Establish repeatable account management practices, including stakeholder maps, account plans, transition templates, executive business review formats, value measurement tools, and renewal/expansion playbooks.
• Monitor and report on key metrics: client health, stakeholder engagement, program quality, learner adoption, business impact, renewal risk, expansion readiness, and overall account growth.
• Collaborate with Sales and Growth leadership on commercial strategy, development of Statements of Work (SOW), renewal planning, and sequencing for expansion.
• 8 to 12+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise client success, consulting, business transformation, workforce transformation, or complex program execution.
• Demonstrated capability to manage intricate enterprise relationships from strategy to execution, encompassing stakeholder management, oversight of delivery, value realization, renewal status, and expansion planning.
• Exceptional skills in building relationships with enterprise-level stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication skills, with the aptitude to distill complex information into clear narratives, concise recommendations, and actionable next steps.
• Ability to foster alignment among internal teams without relying on formal authority. You excel at creating momentum, clarifying responsibilities, and guiding teams toward client-focused outcomes.
• Strong business judgment and organizational insight, with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives, manage risks, navigate uncertainty, and balance immediate delivery with long-term account growth.
• A consultative and business-oriented mindset, with the ability to spot expansion opportunities, develop a compelling perspective, and address the next client challenge through excellent delivery and trusted-advisor credibility.
• Experience and interest in workforce development, digital transformation, education, artificial intelligence, and technology sectors are preferred.
