This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team of Financial Planners focused on developing financial plans for prospects to facilitate new client acquisition.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and nurture 13 Financial Planners to support Client Development initiatives.
• Oversee planner capacity, manage workflow, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Formulate strategic plans to accommodate future growth and increased demand for prospect proposals.
• Act as a CFP® practitioner, creating prospect financial plans to assist in client acquisition.
• Inspire and guide the team while promoting accountability, optimal capacity utilization, and high-quality outputs.
• Establish KPIs, manage KPI tracking, financial modeling, and KPI reporting.
• Develop strategies, execute plans, and report to senior management on financially driven sales outcomes.
• Generate precise financial reports and performance dashboards for management review.
• Design and implement process improvements to enhance capacity and efficiency.
• Identify and execute efficiencies in automation and the quality delivery of the sales process.
• Foster engagement and alignment among internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, address critical issues, and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
• Ensure strategic alignment, promote shared accountability, and nurture seamless cross-functional collaboration.
• CFP® designation is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning is required.
• Previous management experience is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in eMoney.
• Expertise in Salesforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skilled in Microsoft Teams/Zoom.
• Proficient in PowerBI.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution abilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Availability for daytime and evening hours as necessary.
