This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Category Growth, Enhance Performance, and Broaden Market Leadership.

• Assume complete responsibility for a multi-million dollar product category, with Amazon serving as the key growth channel.

• Continuously optimize product positioning, content, pricing, and promotional strategies.

• Identify and validate new product opportunities and expansion possibilities.

• Manage the product lifecycle of existing offerings to maintain relevance and profitability.

• Plan inventory and demand to support growth while managing costs and risks.

• Collaborate across functions with Product Operations, Supply Chain, and Design teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing product or category growth in e-commerce or marketplaces.

• Demonstrated ability to increase revenue and profitability, whether as a brand owner or as part of a growth team.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on performance data.

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or the capability to quickly learn platform-specific tools.

• Comfortable working within established systems before advocating for changes.

• Driven by clear objectives, performance metrics, and success as part of a high-performing team.

• Collaborative, responsible, and focused on continuous improvement.
