📋 Description

• Utilize Tangam software to enhance table spreads, slot product mix, labor allocation, and pricing strategies.

• Convert intricate gaming data into implementable strategies for the casino leadership team.

• Facilitate high-level performance evaluations and workshops for C-suite executives.

• Guide junior team members and contribute to the creation of industry case studies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in senior casino operations or with a gaming vendor.

• Extensive understanding of Slots and Table Games Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Demonstrated success in labor scheduling, floor placement, and yield management.

• Skilled in converting data into compelling narratives utilizing Excel and Business Intelligence tools.

• Must qualify for international gaming licensure.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance; proficiency in French or Spanish is preferred.
