This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee intricate, large-scale initiatives aimed at transforming campus climate from assessment to execution.
• Act as the main strategic partner for CDI clients, managing the consulting relationship throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Formulate and modify change and cultural strategies that align with each partner's transformation goals, current campus culture, and preparedness.
• Support campus leaders in conducting impact analyses, readiness evaluations, and stakeholder mapping to create the foundation for lasting change.
• Maintain the client relationship from the initial contact through delivery and transition, collaborating closely with the client team at every stage.
• Create partner-facing communication strategies that illustrate the rationale for change and keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the process.
• Enhance and refine the consulting model by developing new methodological tools and frameworks, utilizing a data-informed review process that grounds our work in research, sharpens it through field experience, and enriches it with client feedback.
• Review the substantive content of consulting projects across the team to ensure methodological rigor and coherence in every engagement.
• Conduct and oversee qualitative research, develop case studies, and review methods and projects.
• Collaborate with the Impact team to evaluate the effectiveness of consulting efforts, interpret data, and adjust strategies based on findings.
• Coordinate among CDI teams to ensure alignment and progress on complex, multi-workstream projects.
• Contribute to the Leadership Institute as a thought partner by informing the curriculum, providing team coaching, and linking partner work to CDI's broader culture change frameworks.
• 6+ Years of Experience in Organizational Change Management: A proven history of leading and executing large-scale organizational change initiatives focused on culture, climate, or similar areas.
• Strong Project Management Skills: Capable of managing multiple, organization-wide projects concurrently while delivering exceptional outcomes.
• Advanced Strategic Thinking: Skilled in navigating complex organizational challenges, crafting integrated solutions, and providing clear, actionable insights.
• Exceptional Communication and Facilitation Skills: Proficient in engaging diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and leading constructive discussions and training sessions.
• Leadership and Relationship-Building Abilities: Proven ability to inspire and direct teams, build trust, and align efforts across organizations.
• Tech Fluency: Comfortable with learning and utilizing digital tools, such as project management platforms, collaboration software, and emerging technologies.
• Advanced Degree: MS, MBA, PhD, or equivalent.
