• Revamp internal operations to exemplify digital factory excellence.

• Manage strategic partnerships within Military/DoD ecosystems.

• Foster profitable and sustainable revenue streams.

• Motivate and nurture a high-performing team of Partners.

• Direct go-to-market initiatives.

• Interact directly with manufacturing leaders on the shop floor.

• Design integrated digital transformation strategies.

• Convert emerging technologies into quantifiable customer success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership capacity focusing on digital systems within the manufacturing sector.

• High-level expertise in CAD/CAM, MES, additive manufacturing software, machine-data/IIoT platforms, and associated manufacturing technologies.

• Comprehensive understanding of data analytics/visualization, AI/ML applications, industrial networking, and cybersecurity solutions tailored for connected manufacturing settings.

• Advanced knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and business intelligence/reporting tools.

• Must be a US-born citizen due to the specific nature of the work and customer requirements.
