This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.
• Collaborate both independently and within a team to execute effective sales strategies and achieve both individual and team sales objectives.
• Utilize lead generation tools to establish a strong and viable prospect pipeline for the next three years.
• Evaluate RFPs/RFIs for financial feasibility and competitive strength.
• Create technical and pricing proposals in response to solicitations.
• Investigate competitor strategies and practices to identify opportunities for improved positioning.
• Participate in meetings with prospective clients, arranging tastings as necessary.
• Comprehend and ensure adherence to state-level regulations for contracted food service.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships within the Genuine Foods team.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative sales.
• At least 3 years of experience selling contract food service management solutions to K-12 educational institutions.
• A strong enthusiasm for Genuine Foods’ mission and approach to food service.
• Prior experience in developing comprehensive proformas or possessing strong financial analysis skills.
• Demonstrated capability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Experience in discovering, analyzing, and evaluating RFPs/RFIs.
• Established relationships with K-12 clients are highly advantageous.
