This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take ownership of and oversee a well-structured European pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and regular reports to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
• Achieve and surpass an annual sales target through a blend of acquiring new clients and expanding within current accounts.
• Create strategic account plans for key targets and implement them with both discipline and creativity.
• Keep a thorough and current record of all interactions, opportunities, and account activities in the company's CRM system, ensuring complete pipeline visibility for the leadership team.
• Prepare, submit, and negotiate commercial proposals and offers, managing the entire process from initial qualification to the final signed agreement.
• Guide legal documents and partnership agreements to completion, collaborating closely with the CCO and internal stakeholders to navigate intricate contract structures and multi-party negotiations.
• Conduct business and commercial modeling to evaluate deal economics, validate pricing structures, and ensure sustainable value creation for both Muybridge and its customers and partners.
• Act as the regional representative on market trends, competitor activities, pricing feedback, and emerging customer requirements.
• Contribute to commercial strategy, proposal development, and discussions regarding partnership structuring with the CCO and leadership team.
• Identify and secure opportunities within the European sports broadcast ecosystem.
• Develop and foster relationships with TV networks, streaming platforms, and independent production companies.
• Build a pipeline within the live events sector.
• 8–12 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or commercial partnerships in sports media, broadcast technology, studio production, live entertainment, or a combination thereof.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
• Comfortable working at the intersection of technology, media, and live production — capable of engaging in credible technical discussions without engineering support present.
• A solid understanding of broadcast workflows, signal chains, or production infrastructure is a significant advantage.
• An established network among European broadcasters, leagues, streaming platforms, or production companies is a strong advantage.
• Experience in selling innovative or emerging technology to conservative or risk-averse clients — you know how to build confidence around new offerings.
• Highly self-motivated: able to generate pipeline from scratch, manage your own schedule, and operate independently without daily supervision.
• Willing and able to travel frequently across Europe and occasionally on international trips.
• Residing in Western Europe; UK location is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
