Director of Business Development – Energy Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and expand business opportunities in the energy services sector

• Utilize connections with ESCOs, EPCs, engineering firms, contractors, and ownership groups

• Facilitate discovery discussions and initiate early-stage opportunity development

• Manage multi-stakeholder projects and navigate extended sales cycles

• Collaborate with Tri-Merit’s internal technical teams for project execution and delivery

• Represent Tri-Merit within the energy and ESCO community

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in an ESCO or energy services organization

• Comprehensive knowledge of consultative, relationship-oriented sales

• Established industry connections in energy, engineering, construction, or public-sector markets

• Self-driven professional capable of working independently

• Excellent communication and business development abilities
