• Drive revenue growth for Wallet Partner & Physical Credential: Discover opportunities to enhance recurring revenue from new and existing Wallet partners, particularly focusing on LEAF Verified, and execute co-sales and co-marketing initiatives.
• Analyze partner revenue trends and consistently update Wallet revenue forecasts.
• Actively seek new Wallet & LEAF end user projects and connect partners to provide effective solutions.
• Educate the integrator community about Wallet/Reader bundled offers and monitor bundle performance.
• Serve as the main contact for our Wallet & LEAF Credential partners, establishing regular communication, addressing questions, and offering assistance.
• Oversee participant enrollment, registration, and communication processes.
• Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all program participants.
• Monitor participant attendance, engagement, and progress.
• Identify new strategic partnerships, particularly with IT credential ecosystem providers/FIDO2.
• Manage relevant program budgets and track expenses related to execution.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, communications, product) to ensure seamless program operations.
• Maintain precise program records, databases, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to all pertinent organizational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and support program staff, volunteers, or facilitators involved in program delivery.
• Provide clear guidance, training, and ongoing support to team members.
• Encourage effective communication and teamwork within the program team.
• Collaborate with other Program Managers and offer coverage for team members during absences.
• Gather data and feedback related to program implementation.
• Assist in evaluating program effectiveness and identifying areas for enhancement.
• Contribute to the creation of program reports and presentations.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with Wallet/Credential partners and stakeholders involved in program delivery.
• Represent Wavelynx in relevant community meetings and events as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Over 5 years in account or partner management.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully executing partner-based programs, preferably in the physical access control industry.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Google Suite and HubSpot CRM.
