• Over 15 years of experience in business development, capture, or client development

• Demonstrated experience in aviation or related public infrastructure

• Track record of successfully leading intricate, executive-level pursuits

• Executive presence to build credibility with senior clients

• Proficient in directing capture and proposal initiatives
