This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• This position is remote; however, candidates must reside in Texas and be available for statewide travel.

• Assist market and facility leadership in fostering, developing, and strengthening relationships.

• Collaborate with operations leadership to discover, assess, and implement physician syndication opportunities.

• Identify growth avenues within the market, such as acquisition targets and DeNovo opportunities.

• Activate referral sources and various marketing strategies for partnered group practices.

• Establish a robust and comprehensive network of physicians and physician groups in the designated geographic area.

• Rank physicians and groups according to potential size/value and their expressed interest.

• Implement a recurring outreach strategy for non-SP physicians based on prioritization.

• Participate in high-impact, in-market meetings with top-priority doctors to cultivate relationships.

• Determine and prioritize the most valuable physician recruitment opportunities.

• Execute proactive and targeted engagement and outreach initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• At least 8 years of experience in business development or a related field, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Professional certifications in business development or sales, such as Certified Business Development Expert, are advantageous but not mandatory.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to analyze market trends effectively.

• Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
