This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Develop a robust and extensive network of physicians and physician groups within the designated geographic area to remain aware of significant opportunities and developments.
• Create a thorough list of all essential physicians and physician groups in the market, including key information, and keep this list updated.
• Rank physicians and groups based on their potential size/value and evaluated interest.
• Implement a consistent outreach strategy for non-SP physicians based on prioritization.
• Participate in high-impact, in-market meetings with priority doctors to foster relationships and enhance visibility.
• Identify, prioritize, engage, and recruit new physicians for SP facilities within the assigned geographic area.
• Conduct proactive, targeted engagement and outreach initiatives while tracking insights.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in business development or a related field, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Professional certifications in business development or sales (e.g., Certified Business Development Expert) are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to analyze market trends effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
