This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete sales process, spanning from prospecting and outreach to proposal, negotiation, and closing, specifically targeting nonprofits and charter networks with revenues exceeding $20M.
• Utilize and expand a pre-existing network within the nonprofit and social sectors to generate leads and establish new engagements.
• Conduct consultative, advisory-style sales discussions with senior leaders to understand their challenges and position Stronger Consulting's services as the strategic solution.
• Create and implement a multithreading strategy to engage various stakeholders within prospective organizations and manage intricate, long-cycle deals.
• Ensure accurate tracking of pipeline activities in the CRM; employ AI tools to enhance efficiency in prospecting, outreach, and research.
• Represent Stronger Consulting at sector conferences, gatherings, and industry events to boost brand visibility and foster relationships.
• Collaborate with the leadership team on the go-to-market strategy, refining messaging and pinpointing new market opportunities.
• Provide consistent pipeline updates and revenue forecasts to leadership while contributing to the business development strategy and planning.
• A proven history of success in full-cycle, consultative/advisory sales with a demonstrated ability to source, develop, and finalize enterprise-level deals.
• Direct experience selling to nonprofits and/or public school districts and charter school networks; an understanding of the decision-making processes within social-sector organizations.
• An extensive national network within the nonprofit sector that can be activated immediately.
• Excellent relationship-building skills; able to establish trust with executive and senior-level stakeholders throughout lengthy sales cycles.
• Proficient with CRM systems and AI-enabled sales tools.
• A solid understanding of multithreading and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• A self-motivated and proactive work ethic; comfortable driving activities without a predefined playbook.

• Remote flexibility: This is a 100% remote position, and candidates must be based in the US, Canada, or Central/South America.
