• Oversee international operations and foster relationships with designated customers and business partners.
• Drive sustainable sales growth, support strategic initiatives, and provide outstanding value to customers.
• Implement the Global Sales Development strategy throughout the Sales Area Americas and specific accounts.
• Create and execute targeted sales strategies, primarily focusing on the Aerospace and Defense sectors.
• Work in conjunction with Key Account Managers, industry segment leaders, and Cluster Managers to enhance business development.
• Identify and establish connections with new accounts, engaging with C-suite executives and cultivating relationships.
• Track industry trends, connect with external networks, and organize visits for top management and customer events.
• Maintain high standards of data management within CRM systems and adhere to company policies.
• Continuously enhance understanding of Sandvik Coromant’s product offerings and pursue opportunities for professional growth.
• Demonstrated success in global sales and achieving business outcomes.
• Experience in negotiating commercial terms and establishing strong relationships with industrial clients.
• A background in Aerospace, Energy, Defense, or Automotive is highly preferred.
• A minimum of a B.Sc. degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant business or leadership training (SGL, TBA, IMP, etc.).
• A valid driver’s license for the primary state of residence.
