This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities, propelling deals from initial identification to closure with urgency and discipline.
• Create and implement territory and account strategies to generate new business while deepening existing client relationships.
• Lead consultative sales discussions by identifying client needs and showcasing Peritia’s capabilities in areas such as: Clinical development support and operations, Regulatory strategy and submission assistance, Medical affairs and scientific communications, Commercial and market access readiness (non-HEOR), Functional services, resourcing, and project-based delivery models.
• Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with key stakeholders, including those in Clinical, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Commercial leadership roles.
• Gain a thorough understanding of client pipelines, therapeutic domains, and organizational priorities to proactively uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams in delivery, resourcing, and leadership to shape proposals and ensure they align with client needs.
• Act as the client advocate within Peritia, ensuring that expectations, timelines, and engagement scopes are clearly communicated and executed.
• Represent Peritia at industry events and conferences, enhancing market visibility and generating qualified opportunities.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, including innovations in clinical development, regulatory changes, and evolving service delivery models.
• Over 7 years of experience in life sciences services sales, encompassing consulting, functional services, staffing, or CRO environments.
• Proven ability to sell across diverse service lines and engage in intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong comprehension of the drug development lifecycle, from early clinical stages through to commercialization.
• A successful history of building and expanding a book of business, including acquiring new logos and growing existing accounts.
• Experience with both emerging biotech firms and large pharmaceutical companies.
• Outstanding relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, with the capacity to engage senior executives effectively.
• Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage a territory and consistently meet targets.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
