This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement an effective strategy to increase revenue, enhance profitability, and provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Identify emerging trends—perform comprehensive market research to discover new opportunities, sectors, and client requirements.
• Engage directly—organize and lead meetings with potential clients to present our solutions and understand their objectives.
• Monitor and assess sales, revenue, invoices, and critical performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline that aligns with company goals and objectives, ensuring a consistent influx of opportunities.
• Offer timely and dependable feedback, along with outstanding after-sales support, to nurture long-term client relationships.
• Deliver compelling, value-oriented presentations that establish New Age as the preferred partner.
• Over 5 years of experience in third-party logistics (3PL) sales and operations.
• A transferable book of business with direct connections to shippers.
• Proven experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Strong sales capabilities along with the ability to handle multiple operational tasks.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Capacity to efficiently transition between tasks throughout the day.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various execution methods.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• A strong sense of urgency.
• Travel may be required based on operational and client needs.
