This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Strategic growth initiatives in the Baltic market – already established with an annual turnover exceeding 1 billion PLN.

• Aim to develop several gigawatts of secured photovoltaic (PV) farm projects in the upcoming years.

• Tasked with building and overseeing EPC teams across each Baltic nation.

• Forge business relationships in the Baltic markets and expand EPC operations within each country.

• Accountable for all facets of the company’s operations in the region, including the formulation of pertinent business strategies.

• Outstanding experience in spearheading business expansion initiatives.

• Possess a clear vision for the company’s growth in the Baltic markets and a passion for executing expansion strategies.

• Proven experience in managing an international business in the renewable energy sector or other industries.

• A strong desire to establish an innovative solar PV enterprise.

• Fluency in English is a must.

• Capability to operate effectively under pressure with strict deadlines and budget constraints.
