This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Assisting Teach For All network partner organizations across the Americas by providing high-quality coaching and consulting; promoting peer learning among them; and creating resources and training to enhance their local alumni strategies.
• Leading Teach For All’s initiative to bolster alumni leadership and connectivity in the region by designing new programs that cultivate alumni leadership, encourage their connectivity and peer learning, enabling them to evolve as leaders, share knowledge, and support each other to amplify their impact.
• Over 8 years of relevant professional experience with a reputable background in leadership, leadership development, systems change, and/or network development.
• A strong passion and experience in enhancing the leadership abilities of others through coaching and training.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and data into clear, actionable insights for varied audiences.
• Demonstrated capability to forge strong, credible relationships with multiple stakeholders to understand their goals and motivations, facilitating collaboration while working virtually and remotely.
• Exceptional strategic thinking skills with a proven history of diagnosing and addressing complex issues, exercising sound judgment, and navigating ambiguity.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adaptively with global colleagues, including frequent virtual engagement (e.g., conference calls, virtual collaboration tools).
• Excellent project management abilities; a self-starter capable of managing multiple work streams, exercising sound judgment to independently make decisions and prioritize tasks, and functioning effectively within a dynamic, globally dispersed team setting.
• Experience and proficiency in designing and delivering impactful remote and in-person learning experiences (events, workshops, etc.).
• Strong commitment to diversity, inclusivity, and equity, with heightened self-awareness, cross-cultural competence, humility, and the ability to adjust communication styles as needed.
• Capability to influence and inspire others beyond direct team relationships.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
