This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop strategies within your market segments to grow and renew the customer portfolio.
• Establish team objectives to facilitate the achievement of daily, weekly, and quarterly goals.
• Foster relationships with both internal and external executives to enhance customer connections.
• Actively participate in the sales process and take the lead.
• Identify customer needs, address concerns, and understand broader organizational initiatives through quarterly business reviews and proactive interactions.
• Collaborate effectively across all departments, particularly with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Management.
• Accurately forecast expansions and contractions on a weekly basis.
• Build a robust pipeline to ensure a coverage ratio of 3x.
• Guide your team to surpass annual quota targets while enhancing their knowledge and skills.
• Engage in the hiring process and support the development of the sales team.
• Oversee the performance of team members.
• Utilize Salesforce to maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasting.
• At least 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record in sales/account management as an individual contributor within a SaaS environment.
• Strong grasp of the sales discovery framework.
• Capability to construct business cases, negotiate effectively, and cultivate strong relationships.
• Willingness to collaborate within a team as well as work independently when necessary.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to forge relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proactive, self-driven, and possess a positive attitude.
• A strong sense of curiosity paired with a passion for learning and assisting others.
• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data to address customer situations.
• Bonus points for having experience selling into HR, IT, Operations, and Communications.
• Background in selling to frontline industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, and Construction.
• Familiarity with the Challenger Customer Framework and Winning By Design principles.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Zoom, and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of Spanish and German is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
