This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of segment-level revenue goals pertaining to both new business and expansion efforts.
• Develop and implement multi-quarter growth strategies that align with the company's objectives.
• Create models for territory coverage and resource allocation to optimize market penetration.
• Identify untapped opportunities and expand strategic accounts.
• Foster executive-level relationships with customers to expedite large, complex transactions.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to enhance positioning based on market insights and competitive analysis.
• Lead and mentor Sales Managers and senior sales professionals.
• Recruit, hire, and establish a talent pool to ensure long-term scalability.
• Set clear performance expectations and accountability measures.
• Drive succession planning throughout the organization.
• Work alongside RevOps to enhance forecasting models and improve reporting accuracy.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with significant leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience in leading managers or senior sales staff within a high-growth, enterprise-focused setting.
• A proven record of owning and surpassing regional or segment-level revenue objectives.
• Experience in driving forecast accuracy and maintaining operational discipline at scale.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to engage C-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Extensive experience in diagnosing performance trends and adapting go-to-market strategies as needed.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills across Marketing, RevOps, Product, Customer Success, and Partner organizations.
