This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversees and guides a team of Regional Sales Trainers.
• Collaborates closely with Senior Management, functional leaders, and field managers to ensure the development of high-quality sales training programs.
• Manages national training initiatives and proactively identifies and prepares for change management strategies.
• Organizes and facilitates Vestis Strategic Selling (VSS) instructor-led courses as necessary.
• Works with subject matter experts to assess and design instructional offerings.
• Develops training methodologies to effectively convey information to targeted audiences.
• Responsible for maintaining adherence to the sales training budget.
• Communicates effective sales onboarding and training techniques to Sales Managers.
• Collaborates with the Learning and Development Organization to create a sales training plan.
• Fosters a culture of sales learning and development at both national and regional levels.
• Audits compliance for Sales Professionals and Sales Manager onboarding processes.
• Participates in field ride-along sessions with Account Executives and Sales Managers.
• Aids in the training of Salesforce.com.
• Enhances productivity through efficient marketing and training support.
• Ensures that new sales hires meet the appropriate profile criteria.
• Assists in creating performance analysis checklists and offers recommendations.
• Employs a variety of effective training methodologies.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales training and/or presenting various training programs to field personnel.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Preferably, a minimum of five years of experience in business-to-business field sales training, although not mandatory.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Proven track record in auditing compliance with field sales programs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated capability to effectively influence various management levels.
• Knowledge and understanding of essential sales processes.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• This is a remote role.
