• Spearhead collaborative business planning to formulate and implement essential partnership initiatives, category programs, and strategies aimed at enhancing brand sales and growth.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers, both within the organization and externally, by identifying strategic opportunities and addressing challenges to foster product growth.
• Create detailed Account Business Plans that encompass objectives, key initiatives, major actions, support requirements, and recommendations for new products.
• Collaborate with local bottling teams, distributor portfolios, and cross-functional representatives to ensure Coca-Cola North America provides a comprehensive range of resources for shared success.
• Design and implement direct supply chain strategies to enhance efficiencies across Coca-Cola North America's Product Supply and Foodservice distributor operations.
• Remain updated on competitive activities within designated regions and share relevant insights in a timely manner.
• Lead stewardship routines with distributors to assess and communicate performance against mutually established plans.
• Drive the deployment of Coca-Cola North America’s category innovations (e.g., Freestyle, Tea, Refresh Server, Juice, and VEB brands) across both national and local levels within the Foodservice distributor network.
• Advocate for change by removing obstacles and resolving service issues to ensure the highest level of distributor customer service.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is necessary.
• At least 5+ years of national sales experience in the beverage or CPG sectors is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in managing relationships with suppliers, contractors, bottlers, and third-party partners, along with a thorough understanding of supplier capabilities and performance.
• Strong familiarity with supply chain operations, transportation planning, and the management of DPU, intermodal, and over-the-road carrier networks.
• Capacity to identify alternatives, propose solutions, and attain win-win outcomes for all stakeholders.
