This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement across National Accounts to boost efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to pinpoint priorities, tackle operational challenges, and ensure alignment through executive-level communication.
• Define and implement the operational excellence roadmap for National Accounts.
• Spearhead process improvement and technology enhancement initiatives from discovery to implementation.
• Act as the primary operational leader for National Accounts data initiatives while advocating for business needs within data governance frameworks.
• Propel data optimization efforts to enhance reporting, decision-making, customer experience, and overall business performance.
• Convert business strategy into scalable and repeatable processes.
• Work across the organization to operationalize new programs, pilots, promotions, and initiatives.
• Support the onboarding of emerging accounts and new business ventures.
• Oversee ongoing support requirements and escalations to guarantee timely issue resolution and business continuity.
• Identify, document, and prioritize operational requirements.
• Optimize workflows and establish best practices.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years of pertinent experience in operational excellence, business operations, data governance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements and operational execution within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of data frameworks and operational reporting processes.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders with an emphasis on results and accountability.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and proactive communication skills.
• Capability to identify operational risks, resolve issues swiftly, and promote effective decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
