This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee a National Account team within a designated region while implementing and disseminating business strategies to create new sales opportunities, enhance sales and profitability, and manage contract negotiations.
β’ Direct a team of National Account Managers to achieve profitable sales through National Accounts sales channels, guiding individual team members in crafting strategic business plans and surpassing sales objectives.
β’ Supervise contract negotiations and mediation, while executing pricing management strategies and leading marketing strategy discussions.
β’ Perform territory assessments and introduce new strategies to improve sales performance, boost profitability, and uncover growth opportunities.
β’ Develop standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure effective communication, streamlined account setup, and improved account success rates.
β’ Partner with various internal departments to promote sales and ensure a supportive framework for facilitating National Account agreements.
β’ Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline.
β’ Over 5 years of experience managing a National Account territory.
β’ At least 3 years of management experience.
β’ Proficiency in Salesforce, Varicent, and Microsoft Office Suite.
